Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to residents of Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE and the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.
  2. This promotion opens for entries on 14th January 2010 at 6pm GMT and closes for entries on 12th February 2010 at 6pm GMT.
  3. This promotion is limited to one entry per person per day. No entrant may win more than one prize. To participate, entrants will need a PlayStation®3 system (PS3™) and a broadband internet connection.
  4. To enter this promotion, entrants must:
    1. * i.Register for a PlayStation®Network (PSN) account (if they have not already registered);
    2. * ii.Download PlayStation®Home (“Home”) to their PS3™ (if they have not already done so);
    3. * iii.Enter their PlayStation Home ID and associated email address at http://www.veemee.com/thelondonpub
    4. * iv.Play the darts game against one or more opponents in The Pub apartment;
    5. * v.Register their score and details on the leader board.
  5. If an entrant is under 18, their parent or legal guardian must first register a PSN account and then set up a sub-account for them. Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement and PSN Privacy Policy. Use of Home is subject to Home Terms of Use.   6. One winner will be chosen for each of the 30 (thirty) days that the competition runs.The winners will be selected by the following process:
    1. * i.In the Pub apartment players select to play a multiplayer game of darts. Their accumulated scores over all their matches are posted on the leader board.
    2. * ii.The winner is based on the person with the highest number of wins at the end of each day that the competition is running over the 30-day competition period.
    3. * iii.If a number of entrants have tied for first place then the player with the lowest number of losses is selected. If there are still multiple winners, then one player is randomly selected as the winner.
    4. * iv.If the winner has already won on a previous day, then the next runner- up who has not previously won is chosen.
    5. * v.The winners for the 30 days of the competition will receive a real darts board by post delivered to their home.
    6. * vi.The Promoter reserves the right to discount any scores and/or disqualify entrants from the promotion if it has reason to believe that any score rigging has taken place.
  7. The prize for the winner is a Unicorn Eclipse Pro Dartboard.
  8. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 30 days of the closing date and will be required to claim their prize within 7 days of notification.
  9. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish the PSN ID of the winner and the runners-up within Home and/ or on the Website.
